Specializing in equipment supply and process design and project integration services, Statco also manufactures UHT based thermal processing systems and casing equipment for the dairy industry. DSI also manufactures product blending equipment for the beverage industry and is a leading integrator of beverage plant process improvement initiatives.
DSI will operate as wholly owned subsidiary of Statco and Jack Luechtefeld will continue in his role as President of DSI. The combination of these two companies forms the largest privately owned sanitary process equipment provider/system integrator in the U.S. With over 150 employees nationwide, greater geographic coverage and a sharing of each company’s specific technological expertise, the Statco/DSI team will be better equipped to serve their customer base in the future.
