Bel Groupe, Paris, marketed a springtime variety pack of its famous Boursin gourmet cheeses. The Boursin Coffret Cheese Selection contained eight 16-gram packs of cheeses, two of each of four varieties (plain, pepper, shallot and chive, and goat’s cheese with fine herbs).
