Aged in special curing rooms for more than 10 months, Parmesan cheese from Belgioioso Cheese Inc., Denmark, Wis., is known for its sweet, nutty flavor. The new product gives foodservice operators the convenience of pre-shaved cheese without sacrificing taste.
