An article in the March issue ofDairy Foodsindicated that Tillamook County Creamery Assn. is taking legal steps to trademark the name Tillamook. The Oregon-based co-op and cheesemaker does in fact hold a trademark on the name, and is in the process of a due diligence action related to that trademark.
