Hixson, Cincinnati-Warren Green promoted to chief process engineer, succeeding Kurt Kaupisch. Kaupisch remains with Hixson, shifting away from the administrative duties required of a department head to focus on the teaching and process projects that require his expertise. Green joined Hixson in 2002 with years _of experience in process design and project management. His 15 years at Dow Corning culminated in his North American responsibilities as a business process specialist for SAP implementation.
