Cornell University’s Department of Food Science is pleased to offer a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) / Food Safety Systems Workshop July 15-17, 2014 on the Cornell University Campus. This Course is based on the NCIMS Voluntary HACCP Program Core Curriculum and should meet GFSI training requirements. It also fulfills the HACCP training requirements under the Cornell Dairy Foods Certificate Programs.
