American Conveyor introduces the Chiller Tunnel XL-I, which provides excellent temperature maintenance capabilities for cool-down environments.
The XL-I offers unique advantages for items such as cool hot-filled containers to insure operational feasibility for label application and packaging systems. In addition, the unit is flexible enough to be utilized as a cooling tunnel to maintain proper temperatures throughout the packaging process.
Chiller Tunnel XL-I features include a state-of-the-art water recycling and retention system with temperature regulation, automatic dynamic braking for controlled stops and starts, adjustable heights for product variation, heavy-duty variable-speed conveyors, high-volume clog-free individually adjustable and removable spray nozzles and a high-powered adjustable discharge dryer air curtain.
The Chiller Tunnel XL-I is available in stainless-steel construction with multiple size configurations and can be customized to meet unique specifications. The XL-I can also be used as a warmer tunnel with an optional heater/steamer chamber.
