The American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) and the American Butter Institute (ABI) will hold their 2007 Annual Conference April 29 through May 1 at the Marriott in downtown Chicago.

The 2007 conference is going to be one of the premier events of the year, with speaker highlights including Jay Lehr, a powerful, entertaining speaker who combines a deep science and economics in describing the impact of advancing technologies on the local, regional, national, and global economy. Humorist Damian Mason will entertain conference attendees during the Recognition Luncheon. Damian is a syndicated columnist, the author of two books, a businessman, and a farm owner. His style has been called “sound business advice wrapped in a smile.”

More than  600 manufacturers, marketers and suppliers of manufactured dairy products are expected to take place in the conference and related networking events. ADPI says registration is still open, but don’t delay and miss the chance to attend this informative conference.

The Chicago Marriott soars 46 stories into the downtown Chicago skyline amid the world-famous shops and restaurants on Michigan Avenue’s, Magnificent Mile.

Stylish and contemporary upgrades were made to guest rooms and suites during a recent $15 million renovation. Everything from sleek desks to flat-screen TVs, cozy beds and vibrant artwork reflects the timeless charm of Chicago. The views from guest rooms are as glorious as ever.
