Rhodes has extensive experience in the food sales industry, most recently working as a customer business manager for the Northwest with Campbell Soup. Rhodes also worked with Thomas J. Lipton Foods in Eugene, Ore.

XTRA Lease St. Louis-Matthew Geekiejoins as general counsel and secretary for the company. Geekie will direct the company's day-to-day and strategic legal affairs. He brings more than 18 years of legal experience to XTRA Lease. He joins the company after serving the past five years as assistant general counsel for the Emerson Process Management Group of Emerson Electric Co.

Master-Bilt, New Albany, Miss.-Kevin Wilson joins as v.p. of operations. Wilson brings 20 years of combined refrigeration and air conditioning experience to Master-Bilt, most recently spending 11 years with Carrier. At Master-Bilt, Wilson will be responsible for the New Albany, Miss. manufacturing facilities. Additionally, Wilson will head up the purchasing/materials and distribution efforts in New Albany.

Sullivan and Brohel

Norseland Inc., Stamford, Conn.-Transition in leadership announced.David M. Brohel, CEO and president since November 1991, will remain CEO through Aug. 31, 2006 but will step down as president at the end of this year. He will cede presidential duties and responsibilities to John J. Sullivan who joined Norseland in 1992. Sullivan will become CEO in September, 2006. Sullivan came to Norseland as eastern division sales mgr., and most recently, exec. v.p. In 2003 he was elected to the IDDBA Board of Directors and serves on that organization's Executive Committee. He is also a member of Norseland's Board of Directors. Norseland is a major U.S. cheese importer, and a subsidiary of Tine of Norway.

FKI Logistex, St. Louis-Three senior managers promoted.Ken Thouvenotappointed v.p. of project management and engineering. A 10-year veteran of FKI Logistex, Thouvenot most recently served as vice president of project management and marketing in the Manufacturing Systems unit.Matt Wickshas been named director of systems engineering, andBrett Feltonpromoted to the new role of international sales mgr. With FKI since 1995, Wicks previously served as manager of controls engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. Wicks reports to Thouvenot. Felton joined FKI in 1998 as senior mechanical engineer, and was subsequently promoted to project engineer and senior project engineer.

B&H Labeling Systems, Ceres, Calif.-Joe Kennedy joins director of market development. Kennedy is responsible for identifying and assessing new applications for B&H roll-fed labeling technology that are outside B&H's traditional markets and for executing strategies that will support the development of new applications. Kennedy brings more than twenty years of packaging industry experience in sales, marketing and business development to his position at B&H. Most recently, he handled sales for Domino Amjet.
