Two shareholders have filed two class action complaints alleging that the consideration to be paid to shareholders of Horizon Organic in connection with the proposed acquisition by Dean Foods of Horizon Organic is unfair.
Food Safety Net Services Ltd., San Antonio, Texas, Dupont Food Industry Solutions, Wilmington, Del., and HACCP Consulting Group L.L.C., Fairfax, Va., have formed a collaboration of resources to provide expanded scientific, technical and regulatory assistance to the food industry, trade associations and government agencies in food safety management.
