Racers completing the course are awarded points, which are mirrored and totaled in the charity chart. When the target goal is reached, Chobani will make a donation to Hunger Free America of $75,000.
The research dairy, to be the nation’s largest, will link research, education and outreach in a public-private partnership to support the state of Idaho, generate jobs and support economic progress.

Chobani LLC, New Berlin, N.Y., announced a $1 million gift to the University of Idaho-led Center for Agriculture, Food and the Environment (Idaho CAFE) to help fund construction of the nation’s largest research dairy and advance scientific research to ensure a sustainable future for the U.S. dairy industry.

In response to a question from Dairy Foods, O'Brien said Chobani will develop non-Greek-style yogurt products and a frozen Greek yogurt product. The company is looking for "great ideas outside of Greek yogurt," he said.
