Kovalus Separation Solutions appoints Jay Flynn as vice president of sales focusing on the Americas for the company’s Membrane and Eco Tec business.
Flynn brings a combination of commercial leadership and global perspective to the Kovalus organization. With deep experience in the water technology and filtration sectors, Flynn has successfully guided organizations through transformation in complex international markets.
Most recently, Flynn served as vice president of commercial and marketing, Americas and EMEA, for KX Technologies and Filtrex Technologies — Berkshire Hathaway companies and global players for drinking water filtration. In this role, he led commercial strategy across two continents, building high-performing teams and advancing customer-focused initiatives that delivered measurable impact. Earlier in his career, Flynn held senior leadership roles at Evoqua Water Technologies (now part of Xylem), where he was instrumental in transforming commercial operations across North America. His leadership in restructuring sales organizations, implementing data-driven performance tools and driving cross-functional alignment positioned the business for sustained growth and improved profitability.
In his new role, Flynn will play a critical role in advancing Kovalus’ Membrane and Eco-Tec businesses across the Americas. His leadership aims to strengthen the company’s commercial capabilities, accelerate growth initiatives and enhance Kovalus’ ability to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions to help customers achieve their performance and sustainability goals.
