The International Dairy Show will feature several pavilions to provide the dairy industry with the latest research and information on food additives and enhancements, food safety and traceability and processing and packaging. The show will take place Sept. 19-21 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.

"There will be live demonstrations and products to sample, along with educational sessions," says Robin Cornelison, IDFA tradeshow director. "With the growing demand for new flavors, changing food safety regulations and new packaging innovations entering the market daily, attendees will have the opportunity to be hands-on and find exactly what they need."

The International Dairy Show, presented by the International Dairy Foods Association, Washington, D.C., will feature the newest innovations in technology, packaging, ingredients and services for the dairy foods industry. Ingredients, flavorings and seasonings have become the driving forces of the dairy foods industry. Recent food safety legislation has created more opportunity for food safety innovations in dairy foods processing, transportation, worker cleanliness, equipment and factory sanitation. This pavilion will provide a concentrated area on the exhibit show floor, complete with tailored educational sessions for attendees seeking information on the latest products and processes in sanitation and food safety.
