Canada’s Avalon Dairy rolls out Vitala yogurt in blueberry, peach and strawberry varieties. The yogurts are naturally sweetened with fruit and are made from milk from cows fed an enriched diet that yields milk naturally rich in omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid.
