Holac Cheesixx
The compact Cheesixx is a universal, multi-purpose machine that offers tremendous flexibility and is perfect for smaller applications. The Cheesixx features a magazine length of 380 mm and is ideal for processing pre-formed products without the need for pre-cutting. It can produce small, medium and large cubes, sticks, flakes, or shreds. It can output up to 1,300 kg/hour.

Holac HA Series
The Holac HA 30 Dicer is a multi-purpose machine designed for high-volume applications. It can be used in either semiautomatic or in automatic production lines and is designed to handle pre-formed products. The HA can produce small, medium and large cubes, sticks, flakes, or shreds. It can output up to 2,800 kg/hour.

Holac AUT 30
The flexible AUT 30 is high-performance, multi-purpose dicer that features a multi-functional infeed and is suited for larger applications. Product can be loaded by hand, or with an integrated lift/tilt, or via conveyor belts. It can process both loose or pre-formed products and blocks. The AUT 30 can produce small, medium and large cubes, sticks, flakes, or shreds. It can output up to 2,800 kg/hour.

Holac AUT 200
The Holac AUT 200 is Holac’s largest cheese cutting machine. It combines high performance and flexible use, and allows quick changeovers to run different products. The AUT 200 features an innovative infeed with a top-press system which enables the machine to process blocks, loose products and slicer offcuts. Its sophisticated control system allows it to be optimally integrated into processing lines. The AUT 200 can produce small, medium and large cubes, sticks, flakes, or shreds. It can output up to 3,000 kg/hour.
