SPX Process Equipment, WCB Flow Products, Buffalo, N.Y.-Mark Lechevet is named scheduling/product mgr. Mike Lovelace joins as customer service mgr. Wayne Spence is appointed project mgr./Lean Manufacturing. Bill Procaccini is named operations mgr.

Shuttleworth Inc., Hunt-ington, Ind.-James D. Bonahoom is named v.p. finance. He was previously CFO at Midwest Pipe and Steel. James R. Bush is appointed regional sales mgr., returning to the company after almost four years of active duty in the U.S. military.

Sargento Foods Inc. Plymouth, Wis.-Three new senior executives join. Craig Hackl, Mike Ruhland and Guy Turnbull. Hackl joins the research and development dept. as a senior research scientist. Prior to joining Sargento, Hackl spent 24 years at Dean Foods as a Project Leader in its R&D dept. He also worked with Kerry Ingredients in Beloit, Wis. for four years. Ruhland has been added to the consumer products division as a retail sales representative for the Minneapolis area. Turnbull joins the engineering dept. as senior packaging development mgr. for new business development. He held similar positions at Solo Cup, ACCO Brands and Dow Chemical.
