Heluva Good Dip made a national appearance on NBC's Today Show recently. Several Heluva Good Dips were included in a special feature on snacks for the Super Bowl. NBC weatherman Al Roker, who co-hosted the feature with supermarket analyst Phil Lempert, pointed out that he knows Heluva Good Dips from when he attended college in Oswego, N.Y., not far from Heluva Good's headquarters in Sodus. Lempert said Heluva Good is a good product. Included in the segment were Heluva Good Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Dip, Classic Ranch Dip, Buffalo Wing Dip, and Bacon Horseradish Dip.

When the show's producer in New York City called Neil Giudice, Heluva Good's marketing coordinator, earlier in the week, Giudice quickly shipped out a large package of assorted dips for overnight delivery to Rockefeller Plaza. While there was no guarantee that Heluva Good would make it on the show, Heluva Good felt it was certainly worth taking the time to respond to NBC's request.

"We're a regional, but growing, company," said Giudice. "This kind of national exposure for us was huge. We think that perhaps our reputation for having a really good product that people really like may be getting around and that's why NBC called."
