(July 17, 2012) – Registration is now open for the International Association of Color Manufacturers’ upcoming Global Color Conference, scheduled for September 11-13, 2012, at the Hotel Allegro in downtown Chicago. This year's theme is "Food and Beverage Color in Today's Global Market," and our program will feature insights about innovation in product development within the color industry and the latest developments in color safety and regulations from leading experts in industry, communications, and government.
“Colors have an enormous impact on consumer food and beverage choices,” said IACM Acting Executive Director John Cox. “We look forward to discussing the latest developments in color safety and innovation to ensure that the food industry is well prepared to meet the challenges facing the use of colors in an increasingly regulated environment.”
The 2012 Global Color Conference will be held at the Hotel Allegro in downtown Chicago and will launch with a kick-off networking reception on the evening of Tuesday, September 11.
Conference highlights include a roundtable discussion on the industry’s responsibility to communicate food ingredient safety, new insights on the influence of color on consumer product preference and an international expert panel of speakers providing updates on the latest in color regulations from Asia, Canada, and the European Union.
