The Symposium theme for 2020 is “Sustainable Dairy Ingredients – Growth through Through Innovation.”  The program will include the best information and analysis of: Consumer Trends, Competitive Technology Landscape, Health and Nutrition, and their implications to Dairy Ingredients Development and Applications from leading dairy researchers. Sessions will also feature latest academic and industrial developments in “Dairy Ingredients Process and Product Innovation.”  A senior dairy leadership panel representing key dairy and food companies will address their views on dairy ingredients process and product innovation to help set the stage for the entire program.
