FKI Logistex showcased its latest material handling technologies at ProMat 2009 last month in Chicago. The Logistex Case Conveyor Solutions family combines superior performance, reliability, throughput and ease of maintenance with the latest energy-saving features to reduce operating costs. The company demonstrated its RT200 Right-Angle Transfer, NB200 Narrow-Belt, and MR200 Motorized Roller conveyor solutions, as well as its robotic palletizing and depalletizing capabilities. FKI Logistex also demonstrated solutions for high-speed sortation, including the energy-saving LS-4000E tilt-tray and LS-4000CB cross-belt sorters, and the UniSort XV sliding-shoe sorter, which provides throughputs of up to 400 cartons per minute.
