GS1 US experts and GS1 US National Data Quality Program participants across multiple industries will draw on early adopter experiences to provide guidance on the steps necessary to establish or enhance an existing data quality program within a standards-based framework. Topics include: an overview of the components of an effective data quality framework; the GS1 US National Data Quality Program framework; the five-point best practice guidance for new item setup; a review of the GS1 GTIN Allocation Rules as they relate to the GS1 US National Data Quality Program; and an overview of the GDSN Package Measurement Fundamentals.
