Students Will:
- Learn and “experience” the outstanding characteristics of leaders
- Become proficient in coaching employees to success, and in developing a strong team
- Practice the skills of leadership by facilitating a group meeting and teaching the problem solving process during class
- Apply effective strategies for dealing with conflict
- Write specific goals for improvement/change for immediate use in the workplace
