Chicago-based ADM said it will significantly expand its broad portfolio of health and wellness products and solutions with an agreement to purchase Kennesaw, Ga.-based Deerland Probiotics & Enzymes.

The Nestlé board of directors approved the creation of new geographic Zones as of Jan. 1, 2022.

Green Bay, Wis.-based Hart Design & Manufacturing announced a new strategic alliance and partnership with Modena, Italy-based MilkyLAB. 

The Kraft Heinz Co., headquartered in Pittsburgh and Chicago, said it entered into an agreement to acquire Companhia Hemmer Indústria e Comércio (Hemmer), a Brazilian company focused on condiments and sauces.

Wayne, Pa.-based Tekni-Plex said it completed its acquisition of rigid packaging solutions company Grupo Phoenix.
