The International Dairy Foods Association has announced its 2005 meetings schedule. IDFA will offer a range of opportunities for dairy professionals to receive training and information that fits their educational needs. The program year opens with January's Dairy Forum, widely recognized as the most important processor-producer meeting of the year, and closes in October with Worldwide Food Expo 2005, the largest food and beverage industry event in the Western Hemisphere.
Other important events include February's International Sweetener Colloquium, the Ice Cream Technology Conference and the Smart Marketing Conference in March, and the June Washington Conference.
