Menniu, a leading dairy producer in China, is constructing a lactate milk factory in Ma'anshan City in East China's Anhui Province, reported to be the biggest liquid milk base in Asia. The plant is expected to cost about $31 million to build and will consist of 20 production lines with a daily output of about 850 tons of fresh milk.
