The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA), Madison, Wis., said it is now accepting applications for five student scholarships worth a total of $15,000.

Bubbies Homemade Ice Cream & Desserts, Aiea, Hawaii, said it will begin shipping its mochi ice cream in new individually wrapped packaging to grocery stores and natural retailers across the country this fall.
Retail ice cream sales might not have being eating fire this year, but they certainly have been on fire. Over the 52 weeks ending Sept. 6, 2020, dollar sales in the ice cream subcategory of the larger ice cream/sherbet category were up 13.4% (to $6,841.8 million).
Year to date, the United States is on track to break $6 billion in dairy exports this year, IDFA President and CEO Michael Dykes said.

The California Milk Advisory Board (CMAB), the marketing order representing California dairy producers, announced the development of the California Dairy Innovation Center (CDIC), a collaborative effort to further product-oriented innovation and enhance productivity for California dairy.
