Dannon Foodservice launches bulk yogurt options in new easy-pour flexible pouches

Dannon Pro parfaitsDannon Foodservice, White Plain, N.Y., launched a new bulk yogurt back-of-house solution: Dannon Pro nonfat yogurt in vanilla and strawberry flavors and Oikos Pro Greek nonfat yogurt in plain and vanilla flavors. The new solution is designed to help operators optimize back-of-house operations.

The new Pro yogurts are available in 6-pound bags with an easy-pour resealable cap. The innovative new package was designed to help operators manage costs. The resealable bag provides 99% yield and has an easy-pour cap to help prevent spillage while minimizing cross-contamination. The flexible pouch is made with 61.5% less plastic than quarts, according to the company, helping to reduce waste and improve packaging sustainability.

Dannon Pro nonfat yogurt is available in 6-pound plastic bags and comes with 4 bags per case. The Oikos Pro Greek nonfat yogurt comes 2 bags per case.
