Dry blending and powder mixing equipment from Ampco Pumps was designed to increase processing efficiency for many applications. The equipment is customizable to the processing application, and the company works with each customer to size the correct unit. Ampco’s line of blenders can be used for many mixing needs, from simple reconstitution of milk powder to the addition of starches or stabilizers. Models include the AC+ Dry Blender that can blend up to 350 pounds of powder per minute, the SBH and SBI in-line shear blender that breaks down lumps and clumps right in the process line, the ergonomic PM Powder Mixer and PI Powder Induction models that include a table for powder sacks, and the SBI high shear powder-induction system that can handle up to 150 pounds per minute at 400 gpm.
