Cornell University’s Department of Food Science is offering a Membrane/Separation Technology & Evaporator/Dryer in Dairy Foods Processing Workshop, March 5-7, 2014 in Ithaca, NY. This workshop is designed to provide comprehensive instruction in filtration, evaporation and drying technology processes, cleaning technologies, and quality and safety of value added dairy ingredients.
Preregistration is Required. The early registration fee is $600.00 per person for NY companies and $720 for those out-of-state. Registration fees paid after February 21st will be higher. Materials, breaks and lunch are included. Payment and parking permit information is on the attached registration form. Be sure to complete all sections of the form.
