This is a 2 day course that will give participants an understanding of the SQF 2000 Code, how to implement these requirements in a food processing plant, as well as food ingredient and food packaging plants to ultimately achieve or maintain SQF Certification. Certified SQF trainers will guide you through the SQF Program using a combination of lectures and practical exercises on writing effective SQF manuals, developing SQF records systems and how to bring your plant into compliance with Section 5 of the SQF 2000 Code. The course will prepare the participants to take the official “Implementing SQF Systems” online examination.
