FSI report for the week beginning July 24, 2011That American icon, the hamburger, gets the multi-culti treatment with imported cheese in this week’s free-standing inserts.
For the most part, dairy marketers stayed out of the free-standing inserts for yet another week. The exception was Finlandia Cheese, which featured the headline “Big flavor in every bite!” over a photograph of a cheeseburger. The insert promoted the company’s “100 year tradition,” “master cheesemakers” and “made with the purest milk from cows not treated with rBST.” Coupon: $1 savings on any 6-ounce or greater SKU.
