New product of the week: Luigi's Rainbow sherbet

Rainbow is the latest addition to the Luigi’s Sherbet product line from J&J Snack Foods, Pennsauken, N.J.

Each 4-fluid-ounce cup provides 100% vitamin C. The sherbets are gluten-free and Kosher-certified.





Luigi's Sherbet Adds A New Flavor

Rainbow is the latest addition to the Luigi’s Sherbet product line from J&J Snack Foods, Pennsauken, N.J. Rainbow, which swirls together lemon and raspberry flavors, completes the product line, which consists of Raspberry, Mango, Lemon, Orange, Chocolate, Lime, Grape.

Luigi’s Sherbet is said to provide an easy-to-spoon texture in portion-controlled cups. Each 4-fluid-ounce cup provides 100% vitamin C and one-quarter-cup fruit component under the Child Nutrition Program. The sherbets are gluten-free and Kosher-certified. They contain no trans fat.


J & J Snack Foods Corp. has manufacturing facilities in California (Vernon and Norwalk), Florida (Pensacola), Georgia (Atlanta), Missouri (Moscow Mills), New Jersey (Pennsauken, Bridgeport and Bellmawr), Pennsylvania (Scranton, Hatfield and Chambersburg) and Texas (Carrollton).

President's Address --2020 Vision

They say hindsight is 20/20, but IDFA President and CEO Connie Tipton is turning that old adage on its head. She plans to look forward to the next five years with a focused vision on important changes ahead for the dairy industry. In her address Tipton will challenge industry leaders to be willing to shake things up. She will unveil plans to ramp up IDFA activities during the run up to 2020.
