The cheese industry gathers in Wisconsin for the International Cheese Technology Expo
The International Cheese Technology Expo, Apr. 22 to 24 in Milwaukee, brings cheese manufacturers and suppliers together for seminars, exhibits and a gold medal auction.
The 2014 International Cheese Technology Exposition (ICTE) will bring together cheese manufacturers and suppliers from the United States and around the world.
The ICTE puts the spotlight on full-scale equipment, ingredients and technology through seminars and an exhibit hall, with evening social affairs including the World Championship Cheese Contest. The biennial event is hosted by the Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research and Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association. The Expo takes place at the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee.
