What is the Dairy 360 short course?
It is a short-course organized by the American Dairy Products Institute which provides an introduction to dairy ingredients: what they are, how they are manufactured, utilized and marketed.
The course covers the fundamentals of production, composition, nutrition, chemistry, functionality, microbiology and applications as well as key principles of marketing, sourcing, risk management and an overview of regulations.
In addition to presentations, the course offers sample opportunities for Q&A with instructors, networking with participants, as well as sampling of dairy ingredients.
The program is taught by ADPI Center of Excellence professionals and industry experts.
