CP Kelco, an Atlanta-based provider of nature-based ingredient solutions, said it launched a new virtual experience that allows customers, partners and other industry stakeholders to discover the company’s insights and unique portfolio of offerings through an innovative virtual reality environment.

ProMach, Cincinnati, a provider of packaging machinery solutions, said it acquired Panther Industries, a provider of automated labeling equipment for Fortune 1000, as well as small- and medium-sized, businesses across North America.

Glanbia Nutritionals, Chicago, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kilkenny, Ireland-based Glanbia plc, said it agreed to acquire Foodarom, a Québec-based custom flavor designer and manufacturer servicing the food, beverage and nutritional product industries with turnkey flavors and formulation support.
