The American Dairy Products Institute and the American Butter Institute will hold their 2006 Annual Conference April 30 - May 3 at the Hyatt Regency, Chicago.



The American Dairy Products Institute and the American Butter Institute will hold their 2006 Annual Conference April 30 - May 3 at the Hyatt Regency, Chicago.

This year's speaker highlights include "The Wizard of Why", Brian Wansink, Director of Cornell's Food and Brand Lab and Marketing department who will explain the psychology behind why people eat what they eat and how often they eat it.

Mike Ginnivan, Managing Director of Dairy Australia, will open this year's conference with a presentation on the Australian Dairy Markets, Overview and Opportunities. An experienced agribusiness executive, Ginnivan's prior experience includes an extensive career in senior management roles with international and Australian companies, including Bunge Industrial Pty Ltd., Tassal Ltd, and Sirius Biotechnology Ltd.

More than 600 manufacturers, marketers and suppliers of manufactured dairy products will attend, making the conference a great opportunity to network with industry representatives.
