Fogg launches rinser for F4.1 filler

Fogg Filler, a market leader in the design and manufacture of rotary filling systems for the liquids industry, has introduced their newest model Rinsers, the F4.1.

Fogg Filler, a market leader in the design and manufacture of rotary filling systems for the liquids industry, has introduced their newest model Rinsers, the F4.1. Fogg’s F4.1 Rinser has been designed to work together with the F4.1 filler. Together, with their small footprint, they make the ultimate filling solution for low to moderate production speeds or pilot plants.

Fogg’s F4.1 Rinser provides maximum contact time for the highest level of sanitation.  As the bottle approaches the Rinser there is a split conveyor bed where the bottle transfers to the Rinser conveyor to eliminate passing the other conveyor and its contaminates through the Rinser. Then it is sprayed externally and flipped upside down and rinsed with a substance of your choice.

Fogg’s F4.1 Rinsers can use many different types of media to sanitize including: alcohol, water, sterile water, compressed air, sterile air, HEPA filtered air, hydrogen peroxide, parasitic acid (PAA), and a variety of different chemical sanitizers. This versatility makes a Fogg F4.1 Rinser a great fit for most situations.

Featuring stainless-steel construction, it is also equipped with guarding and a roof for a maximum level of operator safety, fume management and machine sanitation. The product contact parts are available in 316 L stainless steel, which gives it a very high chemical resistance. All these elements, combined with Fogg’s world renowned service and support, ensure the customer a reliable, effective rinsing machine for many years.
