The 2010 International Dairy Show is six months away, but 60% of the exhibiting hall is already sold as vendors secure their place at one of the largest dairy events of the year.
"Whether companies are looking for the latest innovations in processing and packaging or to improve efficiency and achieve their sales goals, the International Dairy Show is the premier event to network with the global dairy industry,” said Robin Cornelison, IDFA tradeshow manager.
The International Dairy Show is expected to attract more than 350 exhibitors who will display the newest technologies in packaging, ingredients, equipment and services for processors of dairy foods. Industry professionals will attend the International Dairy Show to find solutions spanning the entire manufacturing process - from research and development, processing and packaging to material handling and distribution. Attendees will have the opportunity to view more than 100,000 square feet of exhibits that offer everything that dairy companies need to operate more efficiently, create new products and improve profitability.

Presentation topics might include sustainability, business fundamentals, food safety, consumer trends, product development and technology. In addition, dairy suppliers are encouraged to submit abstracts on presentations that are educational and objective.
