Dairy Fresh Farms Inc., Montreal, has successfully reached its first financing goal of $1 million in a two-part financing of $5 million needed to fund the Canadian launch of its Superior Healthy Dairy Products. Nicolas Matossian, Chairman of Dairy Fresh Farms Inc., stated that, “The company is very pleased with investors’ response to its goal of raising $5 million. We intend to carve into a significant share of the premium dairy market in Canada which is an $11 billion annual industry.”

Dairy Fresh Farms Inc., uses what it says is a patented dairy removed milkfat and replaces it with 1% naturally sourced monounsaturated fat from GMO Free canola oil.

Four other natural ingredients produce a milk beverage that is nutritionally equivalent to 2% milk, and offers additional health benefits. Canola oil adds a relatively high level of monounsaturated and Omega-3 fatty acids as well as vitamins E and K.
