Imaje, a wholly owned subsidiary of New York-based Dover Group, has acquired Fas-co’s Hi-Res. Division, based in Chandler, Ariz. With the acquisition, Imaje says it will be able to provide its customers with a full range of coding and marking solutions.  

After 25 years of successful operation at the same location, Urschel International Ltd. France has broken ground on what will be the company’s new headquarters. Scheduled to open in early fall, the new facility will house parts inventory, service center, repair parts area, a product test cutting facility/machine demonstration area and various offices and conference rooms. Urschel International Ltd. France is a subsidiary of Valparaiso, Ind.-based Urschel Laboratories Inc.

Franklin, Mass.-based Dynisco LLC has acquired Grand Island, N.Y.-based Viatran Corp. from Invensys plc. Dynisco says the combination of the two companies results in a much larger and more comprehensive industrial pressure transducer and transmitter product offering.

The U.S. District Court in Southern District of Ohio dismissed all claims asserted by Multi-Color Corp., Cincinnati, against American Fuji Seal Inc., Bardstown, Ky. Multi-Color had sued American Fuji Seal claiming that American Fuji Seal’s perforated DuraCore in-mold label infringed one or more claims of a U.S. patent.
