Fogg Filler offers HEPA filtration for rinser

By Fogg Filler

Fogg Filler, a market leader in the design and manufacture of rotary filling systems for the liquids industry, is taking another step to extend your shelf life by offering HEPA filtration on your Fogg Rinser.

Fogg Filler HEPAAs always, Fogg Rinsers have been a great choice for sanitizing and rinsing your bottles. Now the environment can be topped off with a HEPA Filtration system similarly offered on the filling environment. This added filtration system will provide you with an even higher level of sanitation to extend your products shelf life.

This new option will include stainless steel construction, internal lighting, and variable speed drives on the blowers. They have been designed to be very user friendly with its low maintenance qualities and high static output. There is an evacuation manifold to minimize the fumes. The PLC is programmed to balance the drive on the HEPA and the exhaust systems so the Rinser stays positively pressured while keeping fumes to a minimum.

Fogg’s proven Extended Shelf Life (ESL) technologies help lower operating costs and provides the highest level of reliability for your production lines. You can easily upgrade your current Fogg Rinser with this HEPA filtration to ensure greater sanitation.
