David Michael to showcase new products at IDFA's Ice Cream Tech Conference

David Michael’s Innovation Roadshow will make a special appearance at the International Dairy Foods Association's Ice Cream Technology Conference, March 10-11, at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort & Golf Club in St. Petersburg, Fla. Ice Cream Tech attendees will get a first-hand look at emerging global flavors and trends for ice cream and novelties.

Family-owned and operated since 1896, David Michael & Co. has been a leader and an innovator in the food flavor industry for more than 100 years. In addition to complete product development assistance, David Michael offers a comprehensive line of more than 40,000 flavors, stabilizers and natural colors, which can be custom-designed to meet the needs of virtually any food product.

David Michael's Steve Rosskam, executive vice president of sales and marketing, will present a collection of innovative frozen desserts showcased at past Roadshows. This presentation will allow attendees to experience David Michael's technical creativity and new product and flavor innovation, while gaining inspiration for future development.

IDFA's Ice Cream Technology Conference, an annual event for frozen dessert professionals, is the only meeting that focuses specifically on frozen dessert research, technology, new market trends, food safety, labeling and opportunities. The conference features networking opportunities and product tasting, including the Innovative Ice Cream Flavor Competition.
