For a second year, IDFA has partnered with Salary.com to conduct a comprehensive compensation survey of the dairy foods industry. The results will provide critical data on more than 65 key jobs, many of which are unique to dairy.

The confidentiality of each company’s data is very important to Salary.com and IDFA; Salary.com will aggregate the data so that it will be impossible to identify an individual or organization’s data.

In 2005, 45 IDFA member companies participated in the survey, and IDFA would like to boost that number this year to make the results even more meaningful. Participating companies receive a free copy of the national summary report and a discount off the full report price.
