It appears that the 2007 Washington State Legislature will take a new look at banning raw milk sales in the state due to two E.coli outbreaks this year that have been linked to unpasteurized milk. One state representative told reporters last month that a ban would likely be reconsidered, and that it might be more likely to pass than the failed bill introduced last winter.
