The Food Safety Exchange is an industry-wide educational forum created by METTLER TOLEDO to bring together manufacturers, processors, catering and food service companies, retailers, standards owners, auditors, consultants, trade organizations and other practitioners to learn more about the new food safety regulatory environment.
This two-day educational forum will bring together professionals in the food industry, including manufacturers, processors, catering and food service companies, retailers, standards owners, auditors, consultants, trade organizations and other practitioners to learn more about the current food safety regulatory environment.
For 2013, we will run two parallel tracks. Track A is for companies that have already selected or are actually certified to one of the GFSI standards. The presentations will be designed to provide in-depth information on the chosen standard. Track B is for companies that have not yet chosen a GFSI standard to certify to and the presentations will be designed to provide an overview of each of the four main standards – BRC, FSSC22000, IFS and SQF.
Additionally, the 2013 agenda will feature two 90-minute “Best Practice Case Studies” and two 90-minute “Panel Discussions”. The event will also feature a much-expanded display area where attendees can meet with food safety products and services providers as well as sponsorship opportunities. If you are interested in a display table or a sponsorship opportunity, please email pi.marketing@mt.com and we will contact you.
Also for 2013, we are introducing a $100 attendee registration fee which includes access to all activities and presentations as well as breakfast and lunch both days, networking reception and dinner on day one, snacks for networking breaks both days and post-event access to all the presentations on this site. Parking is free at the Hilton Indian Lakes Resort.
