Sweetened with aspartame, this dessert-flavored yogurt has just 90 calories per 6-ounce cup. The same is true for the Pumpkin Pie yogurt. There are also two low-fat winter-themed yogurts (Eggnog and Sugar Cookie), each containing 180 calories.
