Save the Date: 2012 Sweetener Colloquium Set for Feb. 12-15
The 2012 International Sweetener Colloquium will be held Feb. 12-15 at The Waldorf Astoria Orlando in Orlando, Fla.
Hosted by the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) and the Sweetener Users Association, both headquartered in Washington, D.C., the event will address the sweetener industry's challenges and opportunities with presentations from government officials, industry executives, journalists and academics.
"Each year, this meeting provides a critical forum for all participants in the sweetener industry, and we're certain that trend will continue, especially leading up to the 2012 Farm Bill," says Clay Hough, IDFA senior group vice president.
