Spraying Systems Co.’s SV Series SprayDry nozzles are used in the production of dairy products, nutraceuticals, powdered beverages and food. The nozzles offer comparable performance to other swirlchamber-style nozzles and are available for delivery in less than two weeks. The SV SprayDry nozzles produce a hollow cone spray with uniform drop size distribution. To extend production runs, the nozzles are designed to resist clogging and constructed of a special tungsten carbide material for wear resistance. All components are securely retained in the cap for quick and easy handling in the dryer. The hand-tight design eliminates the need for special tools.
