Brookfield, WI – July 25, 2011 - Hydrite Chemical Co. announced today that they have purchased Choice Chemical Inc. in Visalia, California. The acquisition, finalized on July 15, 2011, will bring together two respected names in the chemical industry to benefit both companies’ customers. The new prime location in north central California expands the geographical reach so that customers can be better served. It will also allow them to expand their product offerings in the dairy, food and beverage industries. By combining resources, Hydrite Chemical Co. will lead the industry into innovative products and better their logistics.
The acquisition solidifies Hydrite Chemical Co.’s position as a forerunner in creative chemistry solutions, and augments the company’s growth and performance.
