Exhibiting companies were invited to submit new products or services that related to current trends faced by processors in the food and beverage industry. GEA Tuchenhagen (booth N-15002) was chosen to be a part of the Food Safety Tour with a focus on 24/7 PMO technology.
GEA Tuchenhagen, as the company that brought the first mixproof valve to be FDA authorized for 24/7 use, has lead the way in helping to ensure there could be no negative impact on dairy food safety. With a 24/7 PMO Valve the possibility of cross contamination of CIP into product is eliminated, even with full or partial valve gasket failure.
According to Process Expo/IFT show management, the Trend & Solution Tours are self-guided tours that will connect attendees to the booths of exhibiting companies that offer innovative products or services related to issues or trends currently faced by processors in the food and beverage industry. These trends include automation, energy/water savings, sustainable/green packaging, food safety and new technologies.
